It was Henry Johnson in 1913, who sparked our love affair with the unassuming little peaberry. Since then, our fanaticism for the finest coffee has propelled us on.
Johnsons Coffee helps ‘Paint the Town Pink’ again

Johnsons Coffee have one again agreed to support Action Cancer in their ‘Paint the Town Pink’ campaign and alongside it’s patron Gloria Hunniford, are asking local shops and organisations throughout Northern Ireland to Paint the Town Pink and raise funds for our life saving breast screening service throughout the month of October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In the past year, Action Cancer has screened a record
10,787 women and they aim to do the same again this year, but need your help.

While their breast screening service is entirely free of charge to their users, each breast screening costs Action Cancer £80, and therefore they are asking that every business who comes on board with Paint the Town Pink, makes a real effort to raise a minimum of £80.

Johnsons Coffee are providing the coffee for each Paint the Town Pink fundraising box of goodies and hope that as many people as possible will hold their own #PTTP event. This appeal is great fun and a brilliant way to engage your staff and customers.

we had our very first public factory tour with 12 special guests. They were taken on a journey through the coffee roasting process, espresso tasting and flavour profiling. We also opened up our training facility to allow guests to create the perfect textured milk for a cappuccino. A fantastic night and we are now looking forward to the next one in November.

In 2015, Action Cancer are running a new awareness campaign, Paint The Town Pink. The objective of the ‘Paint The Town Pink’ campaign is to encourage towns, businesses, community groups,
schools, friends and families across Northern Ireland to hold a pink themed fundraiser to raise awareness for Action Cancer’s unique breast screening services.

Every year Action Cancer manages a large campaign to raise funds for the ONLY charity in Northern Ireland providing breast screening for women. For every 1,000 women they screen, an average of five cancers are detected

Johnsons Coffee are supporting the campaign in many ways including providing complimentary coffee for each of the
1,000 fundraising packs, which contains everything for a very pink Coffee party, including a pink tie, scarf, wig, ribbons, table cloth, branded T–shirts, sponsorship forms, letter from Gloria Hunniford who is supporting the campaign, empty belly poster, Z–cards, fundraising tips and testimonials from women who have had a breast cancer detection or have been reassured or supported.
